Charles Irving-Swift is CEO of Armstrong Floor Products Europe. Since July 2010, he has been directing all the flooring manufacturer’s activities in Europe from its headquarters in Bietigheim-Bissingen. Previously, Irving-Swift was head of the automotive division of British TT Electronics, and for seven years he was a vice president and general manager in charge of automotive bearings at Dana, an international manufacturer of auto parts. He has also previously held senior management positions in the automotive industry with T&N and Valeo as well as with German automotive suppliers Hengstler, Stieber and Weatherhead. Charles Irving-Swift is a member of the supervisory board at Brammer, a pan-European company specializing in mechanical maintenance and replacement parts with a network of 300 distribution centers in 16 countries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in modern languages from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD Business School in France.

Ton Raaphorst, managing director of Armstrong DLW GmbH, responsible for sales and marketing of Armstrong Flooring Europe as Vice President. He assumed management of Sales and Marketing of both elastic and textile floorcoverings of Armstrong in Europe on March 2004. The area of responsibility of Ton Raaphorst covered all activities in both commercial and residential segments for both resilient and carpet products. Following Armstrong's carpet divesture in 2007, he assumed responsibility of all sales, marketing and COS activities for Armstrong DLW resilient flooring. He gained professional experience at Heineken Breweries, Desso DLW Sports systems and from 1997 as European management team member of American carpet manufacturer Interface.

Folker Ohle is managing director of Armstrong DLW GmbH. As managing director he is responsible for Armstrongs european flooring operations, finance and human resources. Since March 2009 Mr Ohle is responsible as Vice President Operations Europe for purchasing, operations, logistics, research & development (R&D) and quality management. This leadership includes the responsibility for Armstrongs European flooring plants in Bietigheim, Delmenhorst (both Germany), Teesside (England) and Holmsund (Sweden). Folker Ohle joined Armstrong in 2002 as manager planning & logistics. 2007 he was promoted to become director for logistics and purchasing. Before starting with Armstrong Folker Ohle gained busíness experience at Gillette and Fraunhofer-Institut.
